Independent Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Advisory Board.
Our DEI advisory board supports SME clients by providing independent governance and expertise related to all elements of diversity, equality and inclusion.
The board are specialists with lived and professional experience of gender, disability, mental health, wellbeing, race and LGBTQ+.
The board offer insight and guidance, upskilling senior management teams and creating accountability at ongoing meetings.

Quarterly board meetings:
At your first board meeting, our specialist members will ask questions, listen and review.
They will give initial thoughts on strategy, vision, risks, prioritisation, and framework.
At ongoing meetings they will advise on each prioritised element, agreed in advance
Our DEI board members will mentor, challenge and develop stakeholders attending the sessions, who will then cascade to their teams.

How the Independent DEI Advisory Board works:
Specialist DEI support
After your first meeting, we will work with you to build your DEI strategy and roadmap.
You will have monthly 121’s and regular contact with your main board contact, in your specialist area of focus.
This support could be used to review or advise on policy and strategy.
They will also help you to agree priorities and prepare for your next quarterly board meeting.
The sessions will use a coaching approach.
