How we work.

With our expertise of HR, change management and psychology, we have an holistic framework to help businesses consider their people, the climate and society within their workplace strategy.

To support the delivery of our specialist projects, we work closely with our group of experts across Workplace, People & Culture and ESG, The Workwell Collective.

Step One: Discovery and evaluation.

Our recommended first step in all our projects is getting to know you and understand your challenges, to make key recommendations.

We go through these 4 steps to evaluate your organisation.

1. Assess where you are now

We will explore your challenges, ambitions, and employee viewpoint.

  • Briefing session with you and key stakeholders

  • Review findings of recent employee engagement

  • Review of other key HR metrics

  • Attraction and retention analysis

2. Pulse Survey and Focus Group

We’ll engage with your teams to assess attitudes, perceptions, behaviours.

  • Targeted and tailored pulse survey and focus group

  • Engage with key cross functional stakeholders

  • Identify organisational risks, demands and needs.

3. Senior Leadership Team Workshop

Leadership workshop to present analysis and collaborate on what the future could look like for you:

  • Outcomes from engagement and analysis

  • Insights & trends

  • Identify strengths and recommend areas of opportunity

4. Executive Report

Following the workshop, we will compile a report that covers:

  • Gap analysis & key findings

  • Strategy and recommendations

  • Prioritisation, risks and action plan

  • Insight on the impact and opportunity for people, climate and society.

Step Two: Bespoke Projects.

We can build a bespoke project tailored to your requirements from our five phase project approach.

These projects can range from a few weeks to a few months in length, so as part of Step One, we develop our recommended Step Two Bespoke project and change plan for you, to propose how we can deliver your change.
